The conversion of the size is always approximate cause of the different measurement systems based on different methods of calculating the length (the inches for the UK and the US, the french point for continental Europe). At the purchase time, please take as reference system the European measure. In addition, if your foot sole is wide or you have an high instep, we'll suggest you to consider the purchase in the hugher size.
Below you will find the differences between the different fits
NARROW: the shoe fits narrow. If you have a high instep, a wide plan or a fleshy foot, you probably need 1 size more.
REGULAR: the shoe has a regular fit. Generally the customer buys the size that he usually wear.
WIDE: the fit is wider than normal. In general, the customer buys one size less than the usual fit.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are shipped by courier on the next business day after confirmation and delivered within 1-2 days in Italy, 4-5 days in European countries, and 7-10 days in non-EU countries.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free within Italy, costs €15 for Europe (free for orders over €400), and for non-EU countries the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Non-EU shipments are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), where customs duties are borne by the customer and paid to the courier upon delivery.

RETURNS
Goods may be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date. To request a return, you must notify us by sending an email to commerciale@franceschetti.it. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned in perfect condition, not used or damaged, and in their original packaging. Franceschetti srl reserves the right to refuse the return of Products that do not meet the required conditions.
