Declaration of Product Compliance with Current Regulations

With reference to the obligations set forth by Regulation No. 1907/2006 (REACH), Company CALZATURIFICIO FRANCESCHETTI SRL, in the interest of romoting the exchange of information with its suppliers and customers,

DECLARES

• The company is aware of Regulation No. 1907/2006 (REACH) and the standards related to the quality of articles marketed within the European Union.
• The company neither manufactures nor imports substances but rather produces articles as defined by the aforementioned Regulation, and is therefore not subject to the pre-registration or registration requirements for its articles.
• The company has informed its suppliers about the use of the substances purchased and has obtained documentation regarding their registration or pre-registration.

FURTHER DECLARES

that the supplied articles comply with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH); the articles are suitable for human use and, under normal and relevant conditions of use, do not release substances in concentrations exceeding the limits established by the same Regulation, specifically:

• They do not contain SVHC substances listed in the "Candidate List," or if they do, their concentration is below 0.1% w/w.
• They do not contain substances subject to restriction, or if they do, they comply with the conditions of such restrictions as defined in Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.
• They do not contain substances requiring authorization under Annex XIV of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.

Additionally, it is declared that the articles do not contain PFAS (poly- or perfluoroalkyl substances), in compliance with the amendments made to Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 by Regulation (EU) 2017/1000 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2019/1021.

The company commits to constantly monitoring regulatory updates and adjusting the quality of the supplied articles accordingly.

This declaration of conformity applies to the articles supplied prior to their assembly.
