Orders are shipped via courier the next business day after confirmation and delivered within 1-2 days in Italy, 4-5 days in European countries, and 7-10 days in non-EU countries. Shipping is free in Italy, costs €12 for Europe (free if the order exceeds €450) and €40 for non-EU countries.
For non-EU shipments, Franceschetti uses the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) method, where customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
Customized or pre-order items require 4-6 weeks for shipping.

Franceschetti srl will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail once the Products have been shipped.

More information

The purchased goods can be returned within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery.

Franceschetti srl will reimburse the cost of the Products that are returned by the Customer unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relative invoice / receipt.
