The purchased goods can be returned within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.

Franceschetti srl will reimburse the cost of the Products that are returned by the Customer unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relative invoice / receipt.

The delivery costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer
