Purchases will be delivered by GLS courier (Italy) or BRT / UPS (EU countries) or by EMS / DHL service (non-EU countries), depending on the destination, and sent the working day following the date of conclusion of the order. For shipments outside the EU, Franceschetti uses the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) method, where duties are the responsibility of the customer to be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

Franceschetti srl will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail once the Products have been shipped.
