Purchase and payment

The online ordering process must be followed carefully. Franceschetti srl reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, in the case of the products being unavailable, or of concerns regarding the authenticity of the customer’s details (incomplete or inconsistent personal details or credit card details, or unfulfilled payments for previous purchases). Communication of the declination or cancellation of your order (by email or phone) may not be immediate, and may also occur as a result of subsequent contact by the customer.

How do I make a purchase?

Buying online is simple:

1.   Click on the product you are interested in to see detailed information. Select the quantity and size (if relevant), then click “Add to cart”.

2.   If you wish to buy the product immediately, click “Buy”. To add it to the contents of your shopping cart, select “Quantity” to update the cart. To remove a product from your shopping cart, click “Remove”. Check the products in your shopping cart, then click “Proceed to checkout” to finalize your order.

3.   Enter the information required for shipping then select the payment method:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer – The order is shipped after the receiving of the payment. If Franceschetti srl does not receive the payment in 5 days, the order will be canceled.

Finally, check the summary of your order and click “Buy”.

After completing the purchase, you will receive an email with the details of your order and confirmation that it has been accepted.

Orders may be placed by over-18s only.

Franceschetti srl will not be held responsible for any orders placed by minors without parental consent.

Prices and methods of Payment

The prices indicated on the Website shall be understood as inclusive of taxes and VAT for UE countries, excluding of taxes and VAT for extra UE countries. Any delivery costs or payment charges shall in any case be notified to the Client via the Website or through these Conditions.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit card
    Where products are purchased using a credit card, the transaction may be performed via the PayPal secure server or via Stripe. For more info please click on: www.stripe.com
    Under no circumstances and at no stage of the transaction shall Franceschetti srl be able to access the Client’s credit card details, which shall be transmitted through a secure connection directly to the banking institute that manages the transaction. All the financial information as credit card number, date of expiry,.. are directly managed by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, that guarantee the security of online information;
  • PayPal
    Clients may pay via PayPal in accordance with the specific methods set by the same.
  • Bank Transfer
    In case of purchase with bank transfer, the Client can find the bank details. Payment by bank transfer involves an additional cost at customer’s expense, variable according to the conditions reserved by the bank to the customer. The goods will be shipped only after the actual receiving of the payment.

Secure Payments

Payment is carried out on a secure page that uses SSL certificates (Secure Socket Layer), a system that guarantees maximum security for online transactions. Your credit card details are protected from unauthorized access via the SSL encrypted transfer of data, and is not accessible to third parties.


For the delivery of the purchases, the Customer may choose his/her residence or domicile, workplace, or private address. For security reasons, no deliveries will be made to mailboxes and the order will not be completed.

Purchases will be delivered via GLS (Italy) or UPS (UE countries) or by EMS / QPE (non-EU countries), depending on the destination, and shipped the business day after the order.

Franceschetti srl will send a confirmation e-mail to the Customer once the Products have been shipped.

For the delivery of the goods the Customer or a person in charge have to be present at the address of the recipient indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered, even in the closing materials. Any damage to the packaging or of the product or the lack of correspondence with the number of packages must be immediately disputed, by providing a written check reserve on the courier delivery proof. Once the Corriere document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to challenge any of the external features of the delivery.

If it is not able to deliver the goods ordered as a result of the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, Franceschetti srl will notify the Customer in a timely manner, but no later than 15 (fifteen) days by e-mail. The amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case not later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the purchase order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight/volume of the package. You can see the shipment cost online at the end of the order process, before confirmation of the order.

Delivery Times, taxes and duties

Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Franceschetti srl is not liable for unforeseeable delays, provided that, except for cases of force majeure or business closure for summer holidays, the Products will be delivered within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) working days from the following day the one in which the Customer has sent the order to Franceschetti srl. In the case of a purchase by credit card or PayPal, the delay in shipment may be caused by the inability to withdraw the amount authorized to pay. If you exceed 15 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), you have not yet received the goods, please contact customer service at commerciale@franceschetti.it.

In the case of shipments to countries outside the European Union, goods may be subject to customs duties or taxes. Any additional taxes for customs clearance will be borne by the recipient. In the case of the goods not being delivered (due to, for example, the recipient having provided the wrong address and/or phone number, or the repeated absence of the recipient at the address provided), or if the goods are not accepted  by the customer, the recipient will be charged a fee to cover the following expenses: shipment of the goods + return shipment of the goods + any customs fees for the return of the goods. The cost of the goods themselves will be reimbursed to the customer.

Customs duties and taxes are charged when the goods arrive in the country of destination, and the cost varies depending on the country. For further information regarding duties and taxes, and providing for the clearance of goods, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
